As an ICU doc, I make decisions based on data, numbers, and evidence – so life coaching sounded very “woo-woo” in the beginning.
But I discovered that being coached is a powerful tool for making any change that you want in your life. Whatever you imagine for your life, your brain is capable of creating. Life coaching shows you how to use your brain to achieve that result.
I work with professional women to assess their goals and priorities – to get really clear on what they want, and why.
Then we assess their current life.
It is eye-opening to many clients to see that their pain points are often directly related to struggling against what they truly want, rather than working with it.
Finally, we do the work of overcoming limiting thoughts and beliefs to achieve their goals.
In addition, I help clients with the more mundane aspects of organizing your life: Time management tools, how to clear the clutter from your mind and your environment, and self-care to create more physical energy.
The extra time and energy freed up by these changes will give you the space to add more to your life – more mental bandwidth, more capacity to dream, and more joy.
It’s easy to sit in the inertia of being overwhelmed and thinking “I don’t know how.” Don’t let the months and years go by waiting for things to change – make a decision today that will change the rest of your life.
